7 Day Meditation Challenge for World Peace : Humanity Beyond Nepal and Other War Tragedies

Why this challenge:
Science and technology is taking it's speed in innovating new ways of making life more comfortable. At the same time we are facing many challenges as we experiment with nature, mother earth and it's laws. We human beings are paying for this in the form of natural disasters. We can not do with what has happened, we have choice to adopt environment friendly life styles in harmony with life.

Whatever happened in Nepal, whatever anti-social/human activity happening around the world, whether man made or natural disaster, this is time for calling the natural action as humans. This is high time for self-introspection for humanity. These days majority of people are more conscious about "updating their life" rather than "live in it in actual sense"; spending more time with electronic gadgets not realizing basic human blessings of life.

This is the time we need humanity in action. Let us restore life, make it more simple through conscious living in natural manner, let us pray for sufferings of fellow human beings, let us generate the vibration of love and peace into the field of possibility (Unified Field) through our meditations and prayers, any form that you can comfortably do. Every thought, every act that we generate in harmony with nature and life ripples out the more of it.

How can I do this challenge:
Join me for a meditation to restore the normal life at Nepal and other conflict areas of the world. I will start my meditation by 06.30 am everyday starting 28th April, 2015  and you are invited to join me.
1. Sit in comfortable position on chair or sofa. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. Let go of all thoughts.
2. Focus on the sentence below when you are meditating : "I choose love and peace. May the world live in peace and harmony". Tell this meditation centering thought to yourself silently. You need not to move your tongue, lips or visualize. Just focus on this centering thought and repeat silently.
3. Whenever you are distracted by thoughts or noises around you or sense of your body, just focus on the meditation statement. Keep this meditation for minimum of 14 minutes. Then keep your eyes closed, release the centering thought. Then relax your body for a while and slowly come back. Open your eyes gently and slowly.
4. Just share your experience after meditation in the comments section.

Please practice , call me for any support you may need. Let's together build a loving and peaceful society :)
